To achieve the goals in a short period of time and to use everyones abilities effective, the team was divided into three operational areas for each component of our software project:
Each team initially worked mostly alone and grew closer to the other teams as they progressed. At the end we worked as one team and combined each component to create one coherent Web Application. This was supported by weekly meetings for all members to share our progress and to discuss how to proceed further.
